FAirEST screening tools are free to download and use without alteration for non-commercial use. We trust you to credit Fairest.org and the researchers when appropriate.
The goal of Fairest is to develop simple, cost-effective, non-invasive Functional Airway Evaluation Screening Tools that can help to identify patients at risk of sleep and breathing issues. Customized tools for each profession are under development and will be modified as we learn from and improve each version of the tool.

Fairest 15 (2018)
Designed with a focus for dentists and ENTs, it includes 15 assessments with 6 questions and focuses on dental, ENT and other clinical traits. Initial research involved 96 subjects ages 6-12 at UCLA.

Fairest 21 (2018) Multi-Disciplinary Tool
The first multidisciplinary tool with a whopping 21 categories, including 11 new assessments and 8 questions. Research involved 665 subjects ages 3+ done by 13 clinicians in 5 disciplines and 5 countries resulting in an overwhelming amount of data.

Fairest 12: MFT_12 Parts 1 and 2
